Hi, I'm Gina. ☺️ I've known Kendra for about 30 years, I think. This last year was one of the most difficult in my life. When Kendra started offering free yoga classes virtually, I decided to give it a whirl, if nothing else to just satisfy my curiosity. That was 9 months ago. Unlike many others, I wanted to try yoga for the mental health benefits rather than the physical benefits. Kendra honestly has a magic touch- she has a way of making me want to challenge myself, and at the same time letting me know that whatever I am capable of that day is okay, as long as I'm doing my best. She is body positive, and my inner confidence has increased so much since I started my classes with her. I have found a better balance in myself through yoga, and Kendra has helped me through one of the most difficult things in my life- the loss of my mother this past June. I always look forward to joining these classes, and I am so excited to see where I am on this journey a year from now. Through yoga, but mostly through Kendra's guidance, I have learned that I am capable of so much more than I ever thought I was. I am incredibly grateful that the universe has guided me down this path. 💜
QUESTION…. Who’s looked at this post and thought about adding and didn’t??? Join us, break the ice with us💞
Hello! My name is Amber 😊 I am a mom of 3 boys and 1 fur baby. Kendra and I have been friends forever and when she decided to follow her path to teaching I only saw it fit to support her and help in any way I could. When I started my journey I had some pretty strong preconceived notions. I figured I’d support her first steps but then it would fall off my radar. I was horribly wrong, thank goodness!! Not only have I stuck to Kendra’s teaching, but I practice on my own on the days I can’t make it to class. The benefits I have seen are incredible and I have never found them in any other activity. I work 50 hours a week and never thought I would want to come home after that and practice. Now it’s one of my first activities when I get home. It gives me the clarity and energy to get through the rest of the day. I find it easier to focus, sleep, even my balance has improved tenfold. I can’t wait to get to know all of you and continue this journey!
Hello! I am your yoga guide! As you know I am Kendra. A mother of 4 children, living in Bristol NH with my partner Cameron. I personally have shared my experiences with friends and loved ones. It is changed my life in so many ways. I sleep better, I function better, I am healthier than I have been in years, happier than ever. My energy level rises every day becoming more and more consistent. And then the happiness that I feel for showing up for myself over and over again is priceless. The connection that I get from expanding my tribe with wonderful people such as yourselves, priceless, it changed my life so much! In fact, I decided to make it my life‘s work! I just wanted to jump on here and chat a little bit open this thread. Let everybody know if you come across these forum posts don’t be shy. Comment, share, create anything that comes to mind help encourage your other tribe members as well as yourselves to stay grounded and present. Sometimes all it takes is leaving the yoga session and walking off the mat to slip right back into patterns that we are trying to shift away from. So use this app, use this forum to help keep you stay connected. If you’re having a tough day reach out, if your neck hurts create a thread ask anybody “hey what are you guys doing to get rid of neck pain while you’re at work”… Let’s use this as a way to deepen or practice off the mat build connection and strengthen our bond with ourselves and each other🥰 Much Love!
