Take a beat, read my thoughts if you would
•Yoga can be seconds or years long, as it’s not bound by time!
•Yoga can be sitting/laying down breathing with the eyes closed!
•Yoga can be laying down for a guided meditation (while we relax, willfully playing with that edge of sleep)
•Yoga can be listening without judgment and an open heart
•Yoga can be a posture on a mat or many postures
•Yoga can create a teacher and student out of anyone at anytime
•Yoga can be connecting. Yet, can be a solo journey at times. Others, it takes a tribe. There’s no right way to yoga. We learn the authentic teachings of the philosophy and the practical way, techniques of flowing on the mat. Knowing the postures serve to enhance our yogic journey. Continuously learning to live our yoga off the mat.
