Hello! So we are closing in on the end of February. That means we get to figure out who was the most active yogi through December January and February. Who gets to win the prize (beyond winning from practicing regularly!) So regardless of the date there is still time to take home that prize. This challenge is based off of how many classes you attended in the three months total. Hello! We’re in the LAST MONTH of Most Active Yogi 😁 This is the time where we start to loose oomph, fizzle out a bit; about 2 months into a new year. Don’t let the buzz of the holiday & transition into the new year burn you out! NOW MORE THAN EVER STAYING CONSISTENT WITH YOUR PRACTICE WILL BE CRITICAL TO YOUR SUCCESS. It’s through the tougher times, even if we have shown up for months and it becomes part of our routine we can learn. We build strength, really deepening our connection with self. It’s in the muck of it we do the real work! Try to remember why it is you met yourself on the mat. What it was like prior to having a self- love routine. That’s exactly what you’re doing time and time again showing self-love ❤️ Keep receiving those intuitive messages, keep showing up for yourself. I’ll announce the winner of Most Active Yogi 3/1/22 💚
Oh @Deborah Phillips I couldn’t agree more! I think picking a word has really kept me grounded and focused on my goals for this year. A little helping hand. I keep getting signs and reminders EVERYWHERE😊 Thank you so much for offering feedback regarding class times. I am substituting a couple of classes at 9 AM on Tuesday and Friday next week, 6pm tonight. I am finding these times are convenient for people. Maybe it’s time to bring back the 7 -8 AM classes. 🤔 I will definitely be switching things up so we can make it more available to everyone who wants to do late morning classes. Just be careful when booking because some of them may be online only (this applies to those who want to come in person). The majority of them will be in person and online, it’s just being mindful of that minor change that will come for some classes. I’m thinking because the studio is already booked 9 AM Tuesday and Friday, maybe I can offer that time online (only)…? So definitely check back for some changes. I’m going to be shifting some stuff, slightly, this week. Everybody who has commented regarding what works for them has had a class added to the schedule directly because of their response💞 So if you’re looking to find a class that will tailor to your needs, comment on the forum, find my poll on Facebook, message me directly. Just watched your video- thank you! I would love a class on Wednesdays and/or Fridays anytime between 7 and 10. Six in the morning is just too early for me these days😂And 9 o’clock on Mondays and Thursdays conflicts with other commitments I have on those days right now. I’d definitely be in if my schedule changes! Looking forward to the class on the 28th. I saw somewhere that you were asking if anyone had chosen a word as an aspiration for 2022. You know mine is ‘release’ but I thought I’d share that here in the hope that others may decide to choose a word and share as well. So far, it’s working to keep me focused on one of my 2022 goals. It’s helpful to have one word to call upon as a touchstone fir inspiration and staying on track when I need it😊Thanks for suggesting this great alternative or addition to a New Year’s resolution. I hope others in the tribe give it a try. Thanks again😘
