Saturday AM Yoga Slow Flow- 60 min
Join in on the hour-long slow yoga flow ending in a Shavasana. Modifications and instructions are given throughout the practice— a class where we honor self-love and awareness. We explore a seated bind, mostly we move deeply and slowly. Getting into the joints, letting go of the stress on body and learning how to listen for it!
Power Yoga Flow-35 min
A faster-paced yoga flow. We build our personal power and harness that energy. Diving deep into the personal Hara (fire). This class is perfect for winter or times when the energy is low. This helps to motivate you, empowering you. We experience camel, play with getting into headstands, balancing and more!!
